At Davanchy India, we take pride in delivering premium-quality fashion products with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage you to read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be returned in the same condition as received.
Please note that requests not meeting these requirements may be declined.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene, customization, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Made-to-order or customized products
- Altered or tailored garments
- Sale, clearance, or discounted products
- Accessories (Caps, Jewellery, Belts, etc.)
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
- Complimentary gifts or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1 – Submit a Request
Please raise your return or exchange request within 24 hours of delivery through:

Please provide:
- Order Number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Step 2 – Quality Verification
Our Quality Control Team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
Step 3 – Self-Shipping
If your request is approved:
- You may be required to self-ship the product to our Jaipur warehouse.
- The product must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Please Note:
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless an incorrect or defective item was delivered.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are subject to:
- Product availability
- Successful quality inspection
- Compliance with our return eligibility criteria
If the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Unboxing video
- Clear photographs of the product
- Order details
After successful verification, a replacement product will be dispatched at no additional cost.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- The order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
- A made-to-order or customized product has entered production.
- The order has been dispatched.
